What requirements have to comply to get the Golden VISA in Barcelona, Spain?

For both the visa and the authorization, you must meet the general requirements for residence in Spanish territory and the specific ones related to the type of visa or residence authorization for investors and capital investors or for the acquisition of real estate.

In the case of the authorization, its holder is not required to reside or remain for a certain time in the territory, but may be the holder of the authorization without necessarily living in Spain and only traveling to Spain at least once a year.

  • Being over 18 years.
  • Lack of criminal records in Spain and in the countries where they have resided during the last five years, for crimes provided for in the Spanish legal system.
